Our Real Bride of the Month: Alex!

We absolutely love celebrating brides who found their dream Sophia Tolli wedding dress, and this month, we're thrilled to introduce you to the stunning Alex! She chose the gorgeous A-line gown, Daphne, for her sun-drenched destination wedding, and the results are pure magic.

Alex, who lives in the UK, tied the knot in beautiful Mallorca! A destination wedding calls for a dress that can handle the heat while still delivering on that princess fantasy. Alex knew exactly what she was looking for: "I knew due to it being hot over there I wouldn’t want a huge dress as it would be too hot, but still wanted to feel like a princess for the day, so when I spotted Daphne online I instantly knew it would be perfect for me as it was A-line but a lightweight tulle, and the slit was great as it kept me cool and made it different to most other A-line dresses I had tried!"

Alex totally nailed the destination wedding look! Daphne is the perfect blend of romance and practical elegance. This A-line dream, Style Y22055, is where boho meets floral fantasy. Crafted from sequined schiffli lace, glitter tulle, and misty tulle, Daphne features delicate lace straps, a sweetheart neckline, and a lace back bodice with fabric-covered buttons.

But the real showstopper for a warm-weather wedding? The skirt! It’s fashioned from misty tulle with a horsehair edge for a luxurious, voluminous look, and, most importantly, it features a unique internal skirt split. As Alex discovered, this made Daphne easy to walk and dance in - and kept her cool!

Alex and her partner chose a lovely blue colour scheme for the groomsmen and bridesmaids, which looked spectacular against the sea at their venue.

When asked about her favorite memory, Alex couldn't pick just one, describing the entire week with her loved ones in the sun as "incredible." But she beautifully captured that unforgettable moment:"The feeling of walking down the aisle towards your life partner with all of your friends and family watching and getting emotional is a once in a lifetime feeling I’ll never forget and wish I could do over and over!"
